You're correct. Biden is not allowed to fire DeJoy. There's a 9 member Board of Governors that makes those decisions. Looks like we're stuck with more Trump mediocracy.

It was certainly running better than a cheap Timex. DeJoy only decommissioned 650+ mail sorting machines before the 2020 election. And he hasn't stopped.
