Are adult words being filtered out or is there a default setting I missed?

Re: profanity filter
"Adult" words a being filtered. Not all. If you read the filthy juvenile posts you'll see how some just can't stop their nastiness and sordid interests. And how they get around the filter.

Re: profanity filter
Yes, because we have some children here that feel the need to use them far too much. You'll recognize them by their use of workarounds such as spaces, periods, symbols, etc.

Re: profanity filter
May as well group me in with the juveniles because filtering words is yet another attack on freedom of speech by the sjw.

Re: profanity filter
You will fit right in with the juveniles then. And the CONS. Have you learned about the ignore feature?

Re: profanity filter
What do you have against freedom of expression, Lily? Profanity is subjective. We can't allow a small group of people to determine what is offensive and what is not.
What does the ignore feature have to do with my opposition to a profanity filter?

What happens if they say it at school?

If you aren't in over your head, how do you know how tall you are?
Re: profanity filter
I'm no schoolboy, Pete. How do you expect me to bring people here with these type of profanity rules? I'll do my best to follow your rules but I read a lot of Shakespeare and know for fact that he came up with the C word. Shakespeare loved the use of offensive words. If one didn't fit, he would simply make one up and it would become part of our language.

Re: profanity filter
If you can devise a way to keep the profanity down to sh__, let me know. It always escalates to the worst gutter talk on earth, and we have ladies on board and (I hope) female guests viewingantifa wrote: ↑Wed Apr 10, 2019 10:11 pmI'm no schoolboy, Pete.
