Basically, it's where the SAS train for hostage freeing situations like that which occurred at the Iranian Embassy on Princes Gate in 1980.

And interestingly a civilian pistol marksman and comedian named Michael Bentine helped develop tactics for this type of situation back in the 60's and 70's.

There are three ways into a room, through the door, through the window and through the wall via an explosive charge.

As it's close quarters, the Heckler and Koch MP5 is preferred by the SAS.

After the SAS ending the siege of the Iranian Embassy, Margaret Thatcher had such respect for the SAS and trust in them, she actually sat in the killing room with bullets whizzing past her as the SAS practiced taking out 'terrorist' targets.

The very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common:
They don't alters their views to fit the facts, they alter the facts to fit the views.
