Wow sounds like all our board liberals will be voting for Trump and straight ticket GOP in 2020.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/worl ... 13446.html

“Donald Trump has instructed aides to prepare for sweeping budget cuts if he wins a second term in the White House, five people briefed on the discussions said, a move that would dramatically reverse the big-spending approach he adopted during his first 30 months in office.

Mr Trump’s advisers say he will be better positioned to crack down on spending and shrink or eliminate certain agencies after next year, particularly if Republicans regain control of the House of Representatives.”

Trump keeps his promises.

No. He doesn't. He lies. His lie about background checks for gun purchases is only the latest example.

Why is it deficits only count when a *D* is president?

Yeah, he said he was going to cut spending the first time around too. Don't be a sucker again.

  • Obama abandoned his commitment to "unprecedented" transparency.
  • Obama has failed on his promise to close GITMO.
  • Obama failed to end the war in Iraq and finish the job in Afghanistan.
  • Obama broke his promise to pursue a "tough, smart and principled national security strategy."
  • Obama broke his promise not to raise taxes on the middle-class
.
  • Obama failed to grow the middle-class and Americans' incomes
.
  • Obama broke his promise to allow Americans to keep their plans and lower costs under Obamacare.
  • Obama failed to make immigration a top priority and pass comprehensive reform in his first year.
  • Obama failed to "nail shut" the revolving door of lobbyists working in his administration.
  • Obama broke his promise to bring both parties together to enact a bipartisan agenda.

He campaigned on jobs, defense, conservative judges, immigration, and the deficit.

He has spent his first term on jobs, defense, conservative judges, and immigration. Second term he is targeting the deficit. I hope he keeps that promise as well as he has kept the others.

He campaigned on more than that, but I'll play along. Job numbers were revised. We haven't seen 2.9 percent annual GDP yet, which he promised. Yes, he's appointed conservative judges. And he still doesn't have a coherent immigration plan, other than to build a wall. And I don't see that we've done anything on defense other than pissing off our allies.

In the meantime, he still thinks the leaders of China, Russia, and North Korea are our friends.

I am curious, why didn't you address his latest lie on background checks.

America’s federal deficit will expand by about $800 billion more than previously expected over 10 years due primarily to two legislative packages approved this year, pushing the nation further into levels of debt unseen since the end of World War II, the Congressional Budget Office said Wednesday.

The CBO also said that the impact of higher trade barriers, primarily President Trump’s trade war, could hurt economic growth amid widespread fears of a recession.

The United States was already expected to hit about $1 trillion in annual deficits next year, an unusually high number particularly given that deficits normally contract during sustained periods of economic growth.

But that shortfall will expand by $1.9 trillion in new spending due to a budget deal to avoid the spending cliff reached by congressional Democrats and President Trump, and an emergency spending package for the crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border.

Those budget increases will be partially offset by lower spending than projected because of cuts to interest rates, which along with other changes to the CBO’s forecasts reduce expected federal spending by about more than $1 trillion over the next decade.

The CBO report is likely to intensify concerns that the United States does not have enough fiscal space to stimulate the new economy to avoid a recession — such as the payroll tax cut recently floated by the president — although some economists say those fears are overblown.

And so far the budget is unchanged from your hero Obama's budget! Your Democrat party put everything in there and won't take it out, dumbass!
