That's what happens when the USPS has to pre-fund their employee's health care. The United States Postal Service (USPS) has been required to pre-fund retiree health benefits for its employees since 2006, when the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act (PAEA) was passed. The PAEA requires the USPS to pay for retirement and health benefits for at least 50 years in advance, which includes paying for people who haven't been born yet.

Package I'm waiting for now. Started out in Brewerton, NY, then over to Rochester. It was in Palmetto, GA (very near me), then Arizona. It's resting in Memphis now
