I can't figure out why anybody would be arrested for being well under the legal limit.
Let us know how the “open alcohol” charge works out.
Nobody gets arrested for open container. It's a $200 fine. Plus they pour perfectly good beer on the ground.
All the beatoffs with their faux outrage crack me up. Anybody on this forum who does or has consumed alcohol has had a drink at a restaurant or a beer at the sporting event and has driven home afterward.
To save you time, these same beatoffs will come back with, "Oh lawd we dindu that! We'uns would nevah do nuffin like dat!"
And then I'll call them lying sacks of cht
Just watch.

Surrender accepted.
Oh, and when you lose your license over these arrests you insist aren’t really arrests, don’t forget that I told you so.

Where else would a Bass Pro Shop aquarium become lewd entertainment...
Shoppers in disbelief as man does a naked 'cannonball' dive into Bass Pro Shop aquarium
A 42-year old man got naked and dived into a Bass Pro Shop aquarium in Alabama.
He spent about five minutes in the water before police intervened.
The man was arrested on multiple charges, including public lewdness.

That's why millions of people are fleeing blue states for red.
The "entertainment".

This loser posts some chit from a lawyer site and now he's doing handsprings
(This will keep him busy for a couple hours searching actual governmental sites)

Maybe he needed treatment or counseling
Have you sought “needed treatment or counseling?”

Many states have a different standard for those under 21. IIRC, AZ has a zero tolerance for those under 21.
And for those over 21, it's possible to be below the limit and still get busted for driving under the influence. The question will be whether or not the DA prosecutes.
